It is that time of year again, stocking up on school supplies, planning extra-curricular activities and field trips, joining co-ops, and picking out your homeschool curriculum. If you are a veteran, then you probably already know what you are going to use indefinitely. But if you’re are new to homeschooling, this may feel very overwhelming since there are so many choices available. My advice is to take the time to figure out your child’s learning style. This will help you narrow down your options. The good news is you can always change what you select later if you do not like it. So try not to stress over it too much. Remember, trial and error is all part of learning what will work for you and your childrens’ educational needs. Congrats on becoming part of the homeschool community :)
